On Interstate10 after Baton Rouge the radio gives out the names of some of the missing people; a ninety year old woman named Lisa, a 102 year old man, two women in their 80’s. With each mile closer to New Orleans the damage appears more dramatic. Thousands left to their own devices. After the third day the sun is out and the National Guard conveys are rolling in too late for search and recovery.
